Leonardo Pardini is a partner of Soto Frugis Advogados. He has been working in the Labor area for over 15 years, focused especially on litigation, and providing assistance to national and international companies of various sectors and sizes. He has extensive experience in complex cases and Public-Interest Civil Actions filed by unions and the Labor Prosecution Office, as well as in investigations by the same institution.

Even with a focus on litigation, Leonardo’s practice also involves preventive legal support, including advice to Human Resources and training sectors, and efforts to prevent litigations through negotiations.

Leonardo’s previous experience includes working in one of the leading financial institutions in Brazil and one of the country’s leading full-service law firms, where he was in charge of managing key business issues of several companies, further to leading a team of lawyers and interns.
