Henrique Bhering Andrade is a Counsel at Soto Frugis Advogados and has more than 40 years of extensive experience in substantive and procedural labor law.

In addition to having built his career in important national companies, it is worth mentioning that for the last 23 years Henrique has been a Labor Legal executive of a North American multinational in the steel industry, working in labor litigation and consultancy, with direct advice to the HR and Operations Departments in strategic labor demands involving unions, the Labor Prosecutor Office, and the Regional Labor Ministry, being very knowledgeable about the needs of the legal departments of large companies.
