Graziela Mellis is a partner of Soto Frugis Advogados. She has 20 years of experience in law, being 15 years in the Labor area both in consulting and litigation cases, and acquired an extensive experience in advising national and multinational companies of various sectors, including automotive, agricultural, metallurgical, technological, packaging and pharmaceutical.
Graziela is constantly working with the Human Resources and Legal departments of the companies, providing advice ranging from routine issues such as review and evaluation of internal and compliance policies to complex cases that require a creative, preventive and customized solution for each situation, including participation in internal audits, and risk analysis in due diligence processes for the acquisition and sale of companies.
She has solid experience in oral presentation, acquired through lectures/training given at multinational companies and oral arguments in Court, with intense work with the Regional Labor Court of the 15th Region, further to advising clients on strategic litigation issues such as class actions involving the Labor Prosecution Office and Unions, Civil Investigations, Collective Strike Disputes, Actions to Recover Possession.
Her previous experience includes 15 years in the Labor area of one of the leading full-service law firms in Brazil, leading a team of attorneys, interns and clerks in handling cases and providing direct customer service.
