Antonio Carlos Frugis is a partner of Soto Frugis Advogados. With over 25 years of experience in the Labor area, he has worked and still works in the most diverse and complex litigations, providing advice to Brazilian and foreign clients of various sectors, such as packaging, energy, pharmaceutical, banking, automotive, beverages, and others.
His practice also includes cases involving associations, such as the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB SP) and the São Paulo Lawyers Assistance Fund (CAASP), and unions.
Antonio Frugis also has direct action in collective actions, complex actions, and public-interest civil actions filed by unions and the Prosecution Service, as well as in investigations by the MPT.
Before founding Soto Frugis Advogados, he was a lawyer and senior partner at one of the largest full-service law firms in Brazil, in charge of managing a team of over 30 lawyers located in São Paulo, Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro and Campinas.
